Please download and print the PDF file application form below, fill out and mail with personal cheque, money order or certified cheque to… Artist’s Inbloom c/o Rosanna Magliaro 86 Kingsmount Park Road Toronto, ON M4L 3L4
Please be sure to send $1oo deposit with registration form. The remainder of the cost must be paid on the second day of camp. Cheque can be made payable to Rosanna Magliaro (Camp Coordinator).
N.S.F cheques have a $50 surcharge and must be replaced by money order or cash.
If for some reason you have any problems opening the application form, feel free to contact us so we can fax it to you or send one to you in the mail.
