2009 Summer Sessions |

August 17-28 Monday through Friday
Located at St. Aidan’s Church 70 SilverBirch Avenue (SilverBirch and Queen East)
Ages 6-12 Students are introduced to the fundamentals of performance in an open fun-filled environment. Participants will partake in drama games, music theatre songs, hip hop dance, movement, puppet making and puppet shows, scene studies, short monologues, painting, mask making, basic stage combat, beginner Shakespeare and much, much more. Students will get a well rounded look at all elements of performance art. Each student will have the chance to display their own individual talents in an open and fun filled environment.
The hours of operation are from 9am-4pm. Drop off time is between 8:30am-9am and pick up time is from 4pm-4:30 pm.
Arrangements can be made for early drop off or late pick up times for an additional fee.
Each two week session may conclude with a short performance reflecting their daily activities. This decision will be made by the teachers, the campers and the parents. If a performance does take place, it will showcase each child's talents equally and will take place on the last Friday of every session. If a performance does not occur, all campers will receive a video documenting their performance experience at the camp.
